Complex Tricks
No footer
Removing both of your feet at the same time can be scary so just go with what feels right to you. Start by gradually lifting them up off the pedals and as you
get better start throwing them off sideways. Now there is the landing. Once you get them to full stretch look down at the pedals and move your feet to them. It is easier said than done so don't do this trick straight away. Also, don't do this trick with
SPD's!!!!
Table Top
As you take off the ramp you just lean the bike sideways and shift your bodyweight to the middle of the frame. As you reach almost horizontal just jolt back the opposite way to the lean and the bike should just come back vertical. This trick is only advised on bigger jumps. When you get better you can try the one footed table top
360° Spin
As you take off you move your body weight to the side and look over your shoulder for a bit of extra rotation. With any luck you and the bike should complete a full turn before landing. If not them its time to visit Mr bike shop for a new wheel.
Super Man
As you take off kick your legs out like a normal no footer and then push backwards and your feet should go back too so you look like super man flying through the air. Before you crash pull back on the bars and pull your feet back and land on the pedals and ride away with a big smile on your face while others say how did he do that!
One Handed No footer
First you need to learn the one hander and no footer. Once
you know these tricks just blend it all together in a smooth motion
Remember, jumping can be dangerous so I have to give you this warning:
Jumping is Dangerous, you can seriously injure yourself and other people. Always wear a helmet and protective gear. Only jump in controlled areas and areas where you are supposed to be in. (not someone's field!)
Happy Jumping!!!
