Marin B17
The Marin B17 is usually used in dual slalom. It is also a play bike. This one has been modified to suit Downhill as well.
This version has MX6 triple clamp forks. They will give you around 6-7 inches of travel but they weigh a ton! They are almost as expensive as Monster T's. With one of the best hydraulic disks fitted it makes this bike perfect for Downhill.
The long travel suspension gives it plenty of comfort and enjoyment. It makes this the best play about bike in the world. This bike will again set you back quite a bit of dosh (£2000 at the same spec as picture)
The transmission is great and every thing else is good too.
Good: Great forks, frame, transmission, tires and great every thing else.
Bad: plastic looking rear mech!!!!
