Monty Trials Bike
The Monty is the old MOD trials bike (find out about MOD bikes in What is Trials) that started in Spain.
These bikes have a 14" carbon based frame with curved top tube and seat stays. As I always say, this frame is very light weight, but then it has to be to be a trials bike.
It has 20" wheels for added acceleration. they have 2.5" thick tyres for great grip on small thin surfaces. The Monty is the king of trials bikes.
An extra long stem means you can lift the bike up into the air with very little effort. Everything on this bike is light and moves with little effort.
all the other parts are normal off the shelf basics that you will find anywhere. There is one downside to this bike. It is not a production bike. If you get sponsored by Monty then you will get this bike but you can't buy it.
Good: One of the greatest bikes ever made for trials.
Bad: Not a production bike and really not for beginners.
