Specialized Rockhopper FS

One of the all time great riders, Jason McRoy rode on of these bikes as his play bike and that is exactly what it is, a play bike! Being one of the lightest bikes with front sus it makes this bike good for all sorts of stuff. It is light enough for trials if you built it up enough and strong enough for mucking about.
The bike here belongs to Jeremy Hodge (you can read about him in the profile section) and has been slightly adjusted to suit him.
The forks are Rockshox Jett T2's offering around 80mm of undamped and unadjustable travel. It is not the best frok on the market but who cares, it does what we want it to do, absorb bumps.
The frame is just a standard Specialized Rockhopper RS with race team colours. Made of alloy as usual makes it really light. The only reason the bike is so light is because some of the componants have been taken off. The outer and inner rings, front mech and shifter have been removed.
With Shimano LX gear setup, Profile bars worth £45 with all sorts of specialized own componants to add some cool looks to the bike for only £400.
Good: excellent spec bike for all sorts of uses
Bad: absolutly nothing at the price
